# مراحل التنفيذ المقترحة

## Phase 1 — Data Foundation
ربط APIs المنفصلة، تحميل 5 سنوات sales، تنظيف Vendor-Item matrix، locations، inventory، open PO، transfer، purchase history، calendar.

## Phase 2 — Shadow Replenishment
تشغيل Replenishment يوميًا بدون إنشاء PO. قياس Forecast Accuracy، Stockout، Overstock، Buyer Overrides.

## Phase 3 — Auto Draft
النظام ينشئ Draft POs مجمعة حسب Vendor/Location بعد validation. المشتري يراجع ويعتمد.

## Phase 4 — Controlled Full Auto
تفعيل FULL_AUTO فقط للموردين/الفئات ذات البيانات المستقرة، مع limits وقواعد blocking للزيادة في السعر أو overstock أو ضعف confidence.

## Phase 5 — Advanced Intelligence
Promotion/event plans، supplier score، item/category seasonality، weather/payday/school calendar optional factors، simulation للمواسم، executive control tower.
